the main house

The Main house dating back to the 18th century has been renovated with charm and style.

La Ferme de Marie (in French) is 450m2, has 6 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and air conditioning.

It boasts 2 kitchens. The winter kitchen is an ideal extra during the summer for your events or wedding. The well equipped summer kitchen opens onto an outdoor terrace with ample seating for all 14 guests to enjoy their meal outdoors and overlooking the pool.

The indoor dining area is perfectly located between both kitchens. There is a lounge on the ground floor and TV Room/Playroom on the first floor accessed via a wooden spiral staircase from the winter kitchen.

The dining room and lounge both lead onto a terrace with a pétanque area to enjoy with friends. A beautiful Platane provides just enough shade to enjoy a quiet drink overlooking the grounds. You will also find a BBQ for those long summer evenings.

The master bedroom on the first floor, twin room (with optional 2 extra single beds) and double on the 2nd floor are accessed via the main tiled staircase. The remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 1 twin are accessed from the staircase in the winter kitchen. Making this house perfect for sharing with another family or friends.

There is sufficient parking for a number of cars.

The Pool

The heated pool (extra cost for heating) is an impressive 10X4, benefits from a cover as safety with young children and is complimented by a shaded pool house with a casual outdoor seating area.

Around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers to enjoy some sun or a good book. There is a parasol for those who prefer to have a little shade.

The garden is large enough to host a number of guests for events and for families to have some fun and games.

The ping pong table generally brings some joy to all ages!
